How to calm down


Hey! Just wanted to put this down in case anyone ever needs it.


1.) Look around you and name 5 things you can see.


2.) Then four things you can touch. This includes stuff like hair or your clothes. Anything that you can touch!


3.) Then three things you can hear. Like cars outside or people talking.


4.) Last, one thing you can taste (but you might not always be able to do this one).


5.) If you can, take deep slow breaths. Try counting to four and pause in between inhales and letting the breaths out. I hope this helps! Stay safe out there
